HOOOOOW?! How hot was her curling wand? I have super thin hair and this has never happened to me when curling it!

A few helpful hints I learnt while hairdressing;
- You shouldn’t be able to see your fingertips through the section of your hair- thin sectioning doesn’t hold style, especially if you have the limp, flat hair and you want it to curl.
- Heat styling already heat styled/product covered hair is a general no-no for sad hair. Curl hair that hasn’t been blow styled (blow drying product in wet hair for curls is different), because it won’t need to be harshly heated.
- If you need a 20 second count on your curling iron & can afford an upgrade, throw it out. Forreal, it’s not working properly and you’re going to burn your hair.
- Goddamn, don’t start the count after you spend 10 minutes winding your hair so tight, the circulation of the wand looks like it’s cut off.
